Hello RR ElectricAngel, Thanks for the add, I just discovered this site and already love it! I'm just getting started around here but, I like what I see.
We've been waiting this DVD for a long time. Do you believe if i say that we have not official publication even Rudy Sarzo's book. A lot of fans wanna read this book in Russian, but it impossible at this moment.
I and my friend have created a group about Randy on vkontakte.ru site(it's like a myspace or f-book).And we try to share information about Randy and his creative with people =)And we decided to translate Rudy's book for this group.
My fav song..."crazy train" and "goodbye to romance".And Crazy Train's bass-line was the first that i've ever played =))))
Can i ask you?Maybe you know.Where the Randy's white Jackson is?What museum or other place?
Hi BallisticRocket! Great to hear from you again. Here in Texas we are getting ready for lots of rain this week. These are the best days to practice my guitar. :) It's wonderful that you keep Randy's memory alive. I am lucky to be apart of several Randy fan sites. This site has the best pictures by far and has a great chat room feature as well. I need to buy Rudy Sarzo's book but have not yet. I hear it is really emotional with the last chapter describing the plane crash. I used to live in Orlando, Florida when I was in college. The plane crash occurred only 30 miles away in Leesburg, Florida as you know. I was able to buy the video footage of the plane crash aftermath from the news station in Orlando. Now 28 years later I did my own music video on youtube based on what happened there so long ago. It really was a true tragedy. You asked me about Randy's White Jackson Guitar. At the NAMM show they mentioned that the Rhoads family has it somewhere in a undisclosed location. They don't want anyone to stael it so they don't tell anyone where it is really located. I'm sure it is close to the family, maybe even near Musonia (where Randy taught guitar). It really is an amazing looking guitar. I am so glad there are making 60 "relics" to honor Randy. Once in a long while they do put it on display in public but usually it is kept locked away safe. You play bass guitar? That is so cool! Have you written any music of your own yet?
